Do you offer Gift Cards?

We do offer Gift Cards, although we do not have physical cards available for purchase. All our gift cards must be purchased online. You can access the Gift Cards through the “More” button on our site header.

Should I wash my hair before a color service?

All color works best on clean, clarified hair, unless you are going to have lightener applied directly to the scalp. In that case you want to have your natural oils as a buffer. But if you are getting a foil service or single process color please come with clean, clarified hair.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, in addition to Apple Pay, cash and personal checks up to the amount of $200.

What is your refund policy on products purchased?

While we do not offer refunds, we are always happy to trade out a product or credit money to your account for future purchases. If you want to return a purchased product, it needs to be within 30 days from the original purchase.

What is your refund policy on services?

While we do not offer refunds, we are always willing to make a situation right. If the problem was an error on our part we will happily fix it. We do require that you contact the salon within a week of your service. If the issue is simply that you changed your mind and are no longer wanting the service you got, we are still. happy to fix that but it will not be free.

How soon can I wash my hair after a color service?

All hair color is unstable for 48 hours so if it’s possible to wait 2 days before washing your hair that would be ideal. Washing too soon after a color service can increase the risk of your color fading.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or change an appointment, and that cancellation must be through a phone call or text message to the salon. We will not honor cancellations via email or though any social media outlet. If you do not cancel prior to 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Can clients bring in their own hair products?

We do not allow clients to bring their own products to be used at the salon. Because we are unfamiliar with your products we cannot guarantee our work if they are used.

Do you accept walk ins?

We are more than happy to accept walk in appointments if we have an availability. We do recommend calling first as we are not always able to accommodate walk ins.
